Chuck McDowell was born and raised in Tennessee, where he attended Mt. Juliet High School and Middle Tennessee State University. He has spent the last 30 years focusing on serving others and running his own businesses. Chuck started his first company in 1982, and spent time as a stock broker for Pru-Bache during the mid-80s. He later embarked on the insurance industry before becoming a sales representative for a timeshare company. It was at that timeshare company that Chuck realized the industry is not what he thought it was. After discovering the many deceitful tactics the timeshare industry encourages, Chuck left the industry to work on the other side: for consumer rights. He soon served as the CEO for a timeshare advocacy group that is considered to be the pioneer of the timeshare cancellation industry. Just before forming the Wesley Financial Group, LLC, Chuck was the Vice President of operations for the second timeshare advocacy firm that he worked for. It is Chuck’s mission to abide by the motto of John Wesley himself, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.” Chuck McDowell is the President and CEO of Wesley Financial Group, LLC. He is a father of two sons, Charles and Cameron, and step daughter Ferrell. Chuck resides in Fairview TN with his wife JoEllen and dog Ollie, cat Bises.

Jon Browning

Jon Browning was born and raised about seventy-five miles northeast of Nashville, TN, in the small, historic town of Red Boiling Springs, TN. He is a graduate of Lighthouse Christian Academy and also is a member of the Bakerton Church of Christ. Jon has spent the better part of his professional career in the financial industry with Wesley Financial Group. Jon comes from a heavy background in the financial service industry; raising equity for private and joint venture financing, direct investment strategies, insurance, stocks & commodities trading, as well as funding a number of private start-ups. Alongside Jon’s tremendous successes in his career, stand his humanitarian efforts to better the lives of those around him. He truly enjoys and believes in helping as many people in his life as he possibly can. “Getting clients back to a financially comfortable place in their lives is my key goal on a daily basis.”

Kimberly Bradford comes to Wesley Financial Group with more than 20 years in the ministry and administrative roles. She and her family have lived in many locations across America as opportunities evolved for their ministry, which also brought them to the Greater Nashville Area. Kimberly finds working as a Resolution Specialist for Wesley Financial Group very rewarding as she is able to help wonderful clients, who have been victims of timeshare fraud, obtain debt relief through cancellation of the contract(s) and have a brighter financial future while getting their peace of mind back and also gaining trust in people again.

She brings several years of insurance experience to the team as she was a licensed agent for many years. While in the insurance business, she assisted people with difficult times while selling burial plans for a local funeral home in her hometown of Rector, AR. She has thoroughly enjoyed being the wife of a Pastor and assisting with the needs of the congregation. She has been the Sr. Executive Administrator for 3 different Christian Schools which were connected to her husband’s pastorates. Kimberly is very family oriented and loves sharing life with her husband of 29 years, Michael Bradford, and sons, Jordan and Isaac. Her sons founded Bradford Ministries and travel internationally. They make their home in the Lebanon, TN, where they enjoy life on the family ranch.

Kimberly is also an author, speaker, and licensed real estate agent. She gleans from her experiences in having resided in several states, including AR, MS, OK, OH and CA. She is able to relate to people very well after having connected with so many cultures and she uses that quality to assist the clients at Wesley Financial Group.

Bryan Davis

Bryan Davis was born and raised in Durham, NC. He moved to Nashville, TN at the age of 21 to pursue a career in songwriting, and later decided to enter the business side of the music industry. As a Merchandising Manager and Tour Manager for an established country music artist, and a Tour Coordinator for Kenny Loggins, Bryan saw all 50 states, 3 Canadian provinces, and 3 cities in Mexico, within his first 3 years on the road.
Bryan eventually decided to settle down and end his career of touring and traveling, and started working for Chuck McDowell at Wesley Financial Group as a Resolution Specialist. In his time at Wesley, Bryan has been blessed by working with some amazing clients. Bryan states, “I am extremely blessed to have a career in which I get to wake up every day, go to work at a job that I love, with people that I love, and am able to rest easy every night knowing that I spent my entire day trying to help people”.

Charles McDowell was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, where he attended Mt. Juliet Christian Academy. Charles has worked in the timeshare cancellation business with his father, Chuck McDowell, since 2009. His previous experience as a Client/Attorney Liaison, Account Acquisition’s Specialist, and Resolution Specialist, has prepared him for his current role of Chief Operations Officer of Wesley Financial Group, LLC. Charles is very passionate and heavily involved in giving back to his community, through many different organizations. As of recently, Charles became a sponsored fitness athlete, through a rapidly growing company in the fitness industry. Charles resides in Hermitage, TN with his cat, Emerson.

    "We bought our first timeshare in 1999 at Fairfield in Nashville.  We exchanged it through RCI within a few months, and loved the resort we visited, so after being told we could sell our Fairfield property very easily, we bought the second unit as well.  Thence began our timeshare tale of woe.  Over the years, Fairfield became Wyndham and we kept attending owner updates, under various names, and gradually came to own over a million points (8 weeks, give or take).  We have received calls over the years asking us to file a fraud complaint and we always hung up on them because we didn’t feel defrauded.  However, in 2013 we finally took a call.  It was from Wesley Financial.  After listening to them, we realized that, yes, we had been defrauded.  We felt pretty – what’s the word…. – stupid.  We fell for the shtick time and time again, buying more and more timeshares.  They were really nice, but still, Wesley’s questions about our loan balance and such was the first time we really analyzed our holdings and realized, “Criminy are we ever in debt BIG TIME!”  We wanted to get out of that encumbrance, but skeptical doesn’t begin to describe how hesitant we were to give anybody any more money!  We asked for and received references, and called them all.  I frankly still wasn’t convinced.  Who knew?  Maybe the people on the other end of the phone were sitting at another desk at Wesley, you know?  But we finally took the plunge.  It was not pleasant, it took time, but we followed Wesley’s advice and after a few months, Wyndham offered us a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure and we were out from under over $2,000/month in timeshare debt.  Although they did not promise it, Wesley thought we might get some money back.  We did not.  It took a few months after the deed surrender to get our credit cleaned, but after gently reminding Wyndham, that finally happened as well.  We have since even called our “Wesley man” and asked for other advice and he has complied readily.  We are exceptionally glad that we decided to take the chance on Wesley.   Larry and Terry Frakes, Madison,"
